At Mosaic Flooring Tiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your design project. If your tiles aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused, full-box quantities within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the tiles to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully repackage the tiles in their original manufacturer boxes and secure them to a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit.

Ship to Warehouse

Affix the provided return label and ship the items back to our central distribution center via a tracked freight or parcel carrier.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the tiles are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
