What is the typical lead time for shipping?
In-stock items usually ship within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days. Custom or handmade mosaics may require additional production time.
Can I order samples before committing to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see the true color and texture in your home's lighting. Samples are available for most of our collections and are shipped via expedited mail.
What is your return policy for unused tiles?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Are your mosaic tiles suitable for wet areas like showers or pools?
Most of our glass and porcelain mosaics are rated for wet environments. However, certain natural stone or metallic finishes may require specific sealing. Always check the 'Usage' section on the product page for compatibility.
What happens if my tiles arrive damaged?
While we pack our tiles securely, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If you receive broken tiles, please take photos and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
